CAN'T FIND WHAT WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR?

Pulse PEMF App Setup
  • On your iPhone, open the App Store app.
  • Tap the Search tab to look for Pulse PEMF.
  • Tap or click the “Get” button. If you see the Open button instead of a price or Get button, you already bought or downloaded that app.

(NOTE: In the App Store, if an app has a Get button instead of a price, the app is free. You won’t be charged for downloading a free app. The Pulse PEMF App is free to download and use and contains no in-app purchases)

Alternatively, the Pulse PEMF app can be located and downloaded by scanning the barcode below:

  • From the Pulse PEMF Start Page, click the Sign Up Here button on the screen
  • Enter in your Full Name, Phone Number, Email address and create and confirm your desired password.
  • Check the box to accept the terms and conditions and indicate if you would like to receive Pulse PEMF App notifications.
  • Press Sign Up Account Button.
  • On the Pulse PEMF App login screen, enter the email address and the password you used during the registration process.
  • Use the check box to indicate if you would like the App to “remember” your registered user.
  • Press the Sign In button

( If you arrive at the LOG IN screen and you do NOT yet have an account, simply use the Sign Up Here link at the bottom of the page)

( If you have lost or forgotten your password for your Pulse PEMF App account, simply press the “Forgot Password” link to reset your account password. )

  • From the Pulse PEMF Log In Screen, click Forgot Password link. 
  • Enter the email address you used to create your Pulse PEMF App account.
  • Click the Next Button.
  • A confirmation code will be sent to the email address you entered in the reset password step.  
  • Please check your email address to obtain the “Confirmation Code” that you have received. 
  • Enter in the “Confirmation code” that you received by email. 
  • When code has been successfully entered, you may click “Next” button.
  • You will be taken to a new screen where you can create and confirm a NEW password for your Pulse PEMF account.
  • Once the password is entered into field correctly, you can click “Update password” to update the password.

You will receive a message confirming the successful password update. Clicking “Complete” will take you back to the login page so that you can log into the Pulse PEMF App. 

Using Your Pulse PEMF App
  • To begin a Pulse PEMF Session, press the “Start Session” button in top right corner of screen.

( NOTE: you can also begin a session by selecting the “Pulse position guide” option )

  • Using the arrows to either side of the Skeletal Model, locate the view that contains the region of the body that you are interested in targeting for this current pulsing session.
  • Using the blue circular buttons, select the specific region and click the “Next” button
  • Using the drop down menu, select the machine that will be used for this PEMF session. ( Note: This is an optional step)
  • Using the Accessory menu, please select the Pulse PEMF Accessory that will be used in this session. (Note: This is an optional step)
  • You can view the setup and Usage Instruction that have been provided for your specific area interest by pressing “Play” on the video and/or reading the step-by-step tips listed below the video.
  • When you are ready to begin your session, press the
    “Start Session” to start the session timer.
NOTE: The timer will begin to log the session time as soon as session has started.

  • Should you find you need to pause your PEMF session while it is running, simply press the “Pause Session” button underneath the session timer.
  • When you are ready to resume your session, press the “Resume Session” button. 
  • On this page, users will see the information that was captured for this session. Below the session data, users have the opportunity to select a current “Mood” parameter. This will note the post-session “mood” of the user. To log your post-session mood, simply select the image that most closely represents your post-session mood.
  • Users are also encouraged to use the “Notes” section to make important notes on each session.
  • When you are finished with your session review, press the “Submit” button.

After the session is saved, users will be taken back to the main “Session” screen where the latest session will now be visible.

  • From the main Session” page, you can select any previously saved sessions by tapping the arrow on the specific session.
  • By clicking the “Edit” button, users can alter the mood and notes sections of any previous session.
  • Edit session information as needed.
  • Press “Submit” button to re-save the session

Pulse PEMF users can create custom reminders from within the Pulse PEMF App.

To view current reminders, press the “Notifications” icon in the top righthand corner of the app screen,

To begin, press the “Create a reminder” button

  • Enter a title for the notification.
  • Enter the notes for the notification
  • Use the Date Selector to select the date of the reminder
  • Use the Clock section to select the desired hour for the reminder,
  • Use the Clock section to select the desired minute setting for the reminder,
  • Select AM or PM 
  • Select “Repeat” or “No Repeat”
  • Press the “Save Reminder” button to finish your custom reminder. 

Pulse PEMF app users can use the location map to locate certified Pulse PEMF professionals in your area. 

  • Press the “Location Map” button in lower menu
  • Using the search field at the top to adjust your location ( the map, by default will use your current location )
(NOTE: The map will update automatically based on the parameters that you select.)

Alternatively, users are able to use the “Filter” icon in the upper right corner of map to select custom search criteria. 

  • When the filter selection screen is open, users can conduct searches based on machines, accessories, type of location and location.

(NOTE: Selet all filters that you wish to use for your custom search and press the “Apply” button. )

  • Once you locate the type of location(s) you are looking for, you can select the individual location by clicking on the “Pulse Icon”  to view their location information.

On your iPhone, apps that you download from the App Store are automatically updated by default.

 

If there is ever an issue with the app, you can delete the app and reload it from the App store to ensure the newest version is being used

Settings & Support

Click the “MORE” button in lower menu to open the options menu.

Click the ” SETTINGS” Icon in menu.

Click the ” ACCOUNT” Icon in menu.

Click the ” PERSONAL INFORMATION” Icon.

Click the ” EDIT” Icon to edit your information or add/change your avatar.

Click the “MORE” button in lower menu to open the options menu.

Click the “Report A Problem” Button on Menu.

Use the form fields to submit the information on the bug or issue you are having with the Pulse PEMF App.

Press “Send Email” to submit your bug report.

Click the “MORE” button in lower menu to open the options menu.

Click the ” Request A Demo” Icon on Menu.

To request demo, provide the required information and press Submit Request.

Click the “MORE” button in lower menu to open the options menu.
Click the “Invite a Friend” Icon on Menu.

Select the method that you wish to use to invite your friend to the Pulse PEMF App.

Select “More” from the lower right corner of app menu. 

From the Main settings screen, select “Settings” from the available options. 

Select the “Account” option from the settings menu. 

In the Account section, select “Delete Account” from the available options. 

NOTE: Deleting an account is a PERMANENT action, as all account information and data is erased from the Pulse PEMF system. 

If you are sure you wish to delete your account, click the RED ” Permanently Delete Account” button.
